Absolutely — At least one person in your group needs a Full Experience ticket, which includes two portraits for the group to share. Everyone else can join on a Networking Only ticket. Want more photos? Each additional Full Experience ticket adds two more portraits, so two in your group with Full Experience means four photos, and so on.

Not at all. Our Networking Only ticket gets you into the room for the connections, content capture, and business support stations — without the portraits or grooming access. Perfect if photos aren't your priority but the room is.

Yes. We'll have both indoor and outdoor stations with multiple photographers. Your two portraits can be any combination — pick what fits your brand and vibe.

Your portraits are professionally edited after the event and delivered digitally. You'll receive clear instructions on-site for how and when to expect them. These are polished, ready-to-use images — not raw snapshots.

Come camera-ready in what makes you feel confident and professional — solid colors photograph best, and bring an option or two if you want variety. Our grooming touch-up lounge will be on-site for quick polish before you step in front of the camera, so you'll look your best.

Access to the touch-up lounge is included with your Full Experience ticket. Our barbers and makeup artists offer quick, light enhancements — think fresh line-up or a matte touch-up, not a full service — on a first-come, first-served basis. Tips not required but strongly recommended.

A private headshot session alone typically runs $200–300 and takes a whole afternoon to schedule and shoot. Your ticket includes two edited portraits plus a full networking and content experience — for a fraction of that. It's the reason we built this: professional photos shouldn't be the thing you keep putting off.
